Is this included with a whole-home system?
It is offered as an add-on. Whether you need it depends on your supply. If you are on a groundwater MUD or you have seen grit in your aerators, we recommend it.
How often do I change the cartridge?
Annually for most homes. Sooner if your area has had main work done or you notice pressure dropping.
