Effective October 2, 2026. The terms for using our website and chat assistant, and for the text messages we send about your water test and appointment.
About these terms
These Terms apply to your use of www.ascendwaterco.com, our AI chat assistant, and the text messages we send. The site is operated by Ascend Water Co. LLC, doing business as Ascend Water Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Text message (SMS) terms
Program. Ascend Water Co. customer care text messages.
What we send. Texts about your free water test request, appointment confirmations and reminders, your quote, and follow-up on your inquiry. We do not sell or rent our text list.
How you opt in. By checking the text-message consent box on one of our website forms, by giving your phone number to our chat assistant and asking us to follow up, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message frequency. Varies based on your request, typically a few messages per appointment.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message at any time (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work). You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts unless you opt in again.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, email hello@ascendwaterco.com, or call (435) 881-7380.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
Free water tests, quotes and pricing
Our free in-home water test gives you a reading of your water at the time of the test. Recommendations are based on those results. Prices shown on this website are our standard installed prices and may change; promotions offered through specific channels may differ. Your written quote and signed installation agreement set the final price and terms for your system.
AI chat assistant
Our chat assistant is an automated tool that gives general information and can pass your request to our team. It can make mistakes. Please confirm prices, scheduling, and technical details with us directly. Do not share payment or other sensitive information in the chat.
Website information
Water quality information on this site, including typical hardness ranges for each city, is general and drawn from public sources. Your home’s water may differ, which is why we test it. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Limitation of liability
The website and chat assistant are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or chat. Warranties for installed systems are provided only in your written installation agreement and product documentation.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
