Why we started this

In-home water treatment has a deserved reputation problem. Same-day-only pricing, quotes handed out before anyone tested the water, financing presented instead of a total price. Homeowners in Katy and Cypress have been through it enough times that many now assume every water company is running an angle.

We built Ascend to be the boring alternative. Test the water. Show the number. Quote a flat price good for 30 days. Install it properly with licensed hands. Stand behind it for as long as you own it.

How we operate

Every contracted installation is performed by a TCEQ-licensed water treatment specialist or a licensed plumber, as Texas law requires. Systems are assembled in Texas from NSF-certified components and pressure-tested before they reach your home. Pricing is published on this site rather than revealed at a kitchen table.

Where we work

We are based at 25220 Kingsland Blvd Suite 100 in Katy and install across 24 Greater Houston service areas, travelling up to two hours out when it makes sense.
